Lariesa Bernick


Lariesa is the owner and founder of Pilates of Eastlake. She has been in the fitness industry since 1999. Her passion for fitness developed during her reign as Miss Teen Washington State, and continues to grow. She has been a certified Pilates teacher for over 9 years, and is passionate about the many benefits it has to offer. As a certified personal trainer, Lariesa is dedicated to the health and well being of her clients. She is sincere in making a difference in the lives of others. Lariesa received her degree from the University of Washington, and is now one of the most sought-after trainers, known for her energetic and gregarious personality, winning smile, and ability to motivate her students.

Laura Otero

Laura works in Biotech sales, but her passion has always involved fitness and dance. Her dance training started at age 4, and has always been a part of her life. Ballet has been a strong contributor to her love and ability towards the Pilates Method. During her undergraduate years, she was a certified fitness instructor. She managed a fitness center and taught classes. In recent years, Pilates has brought her back from some major health setbacks. Today, she uses that energy and spirit to maintain peak health and looks forward to working with others to reach their goals to lengthen, strengthen and thrive.

 



Kimberly Peterson

Kimberly is very excited to be teaching at Pilates of Eastlake. She completed her certification through Julian Littleford who inspired her with his hands on direct approach. Kimberly has taught Pilates as well as other mind/body classes for over 10 years. She is also certified in the Alexander Technique and holds a B.A. in Dance from Cal Stat Long Beach. Kimberly is a very kinesthetic person who is passionate about re-educating the body to its fullest potential.

 



Victoria Lombrozo

Growing up Victoria was actively involved in Karate, competing in numerous Karate Tournaments. At age 15 she became an AAU International and National Karate Champion, and a qualifier for the Junior Olympics. Victoria was first introduced to Pilates in 2005 while pregnant with her second child. She trained during her pregnancy up until 8 months and started again 3 weeks after. In less than two months she was back to her natural weight and fell in love with Pilates. She has been training ever since, and has become a certified Pilates instructor. She loves to share with others the full mind and body benefits that Pilates has to offer!

 



Ana Dunlap

Ana delivers with humor and enthusiasm as a way to connect with her clients. She has a 20-year history in fitness and over the years she has taught step-aerobics, cycling and aqua but in the last 3 years has really found a passion for Pilates. She has continuing education from AFAA in Mat Pilates and is a GRAVITYGroup® Instructor and is currently also an instructor at LA Fitness.

 




Annette Tello, M.A.

Annette is a certified Yoga Instructor with White Lotus Yoga Foundation. She has been teaching yoga for the last 8 years in a variety of settings. Currently, Annette teaches yoga for Pilates of Eastlake and for SDG&E’s Wellness Program. Annette has a Master’s degree in Counseling and has a private practice. She also teaches Reiki classes, and gives healing sessions. Annette has studied with many great teachers and her goal in life is help people lead a happier life by releasing the pain of the past, and becoming healthy and integrated in their body, mind and spirit.
