Reformer Sculpt

This is an enjoyable way to sculpt your entire body, with emphasis on the core muscles. You will get a well-rounded workout that includes Reformer as well as Springboard, and even some Mat work. Every class is different to add variety and keep your muscles challenged.  Strengthen, stretch, and improve mobility in all of the joints. You will create long and lean muscles, improve your posture, and lose inches! You will see results fast!  All levels are welcome, and appropriately challenged.  Perfect if you are pregnant or just had a baby!

Reformer Cardio

This Group Reformer class includes about 20 minutes of cardio that will get your heart rate up and give you a great burn! Tone your butt, legs, and abs with this fun yet challenging workout. It's easy on the joints and good for all levels. The rest of the class is a traditional workout that will sculpt and tone your entire body, with emphasis on the core muscles.

Barre + Reformer

A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience! This class is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. Half the class is barre, and the other half is “Reformer Total Body Sculpt”.

Reformer Form

Designed especially for students who would like a more “Form Focused” (but still challenging) form of exercise. Our certified Pilates instructors ensure a safe, effective, and therapeutic workout that will improve strength, balance, flexibility, muscle tone, stamina, and well-being. Exercises will be done mostly on the Reformer, with appropriate modifications given to meet each student’s needs and goals.

This class is open to all ages, for those who are recovering from injuries or for anyone just getting started back into a fitness routine.


FORM/ Foundations Reformer

New to the Pilates Reformer? Are you a seasoned student looking to improve your form and go deeper? This is the class for you! Here you will learn the basics of the apparatus, proper positioning and foundational movements crucial to your Pilates practice, but also be prepared to get a great workout at a pace and level that is both appropriate for someone new to group reformer classes yet challenging for even a seasoned student!

Prenatal Pilates

While there are not specific prenatal classes, our instructors are highly qualified to make sure that our pregnant students have the most effective and safe workouts. Pilates is the best thing during pregnancy to keep the body fit, flexible, and strong. We will keep you fit and feeling great throughout your entire pregnancy! Continuing a Pilates practice during your pregnancy will not only help you feel great while your baby is growing, but also keep you strong in preparation for your labor and help your recovery after your baby’s birth. (Alissa has a “Pilates baby” and would be happy to share her experience!)
