Adriana Orgaz
Adriana’s Pilates journey started as a student started in 2012 due to health issues (fibromyalgia, knee and back pain.) She started practicing and was able to see the benefits that Pilates can bring to your body and mind. Adriana fell in love with the Pilates Method and now she’s am able to move freely and loves that her mind is more centered and relaxed. During the pandemic, she had to make some life and career changes. Adriana closed her pediatric dental office where she had been practicing since 2002. She started to pursue her new career by joining Balanced Body and is now a Comprehensive Certified Instructor! She has been fortunate to have wonderful teachers that have taught her how, through Pilates, you can improve your health, strength and concentration. She is so happy to be able to pass that knowledge to her students!
